Philomath Studies

Hello, and welcome to my shop!
I am a 4.0 college student currently majoring in biomedical sciences. I majored in Journalism and Mass Communications at Iowa State University for one year. Both fields have culminated a broad expanse of understanding in the sciences, language arts, and arts and humanities.

Note-taking has been a large part of my success as a student. Through a series of trial and error, I have discovered that learning is less about definitions or examples and more about that act of understanding. However, a student's schedule is often chaotic and busy at best, and many do not have the time to sift through extraneous pages of information searching for relevant information. I highlight two things in my notes: the what and the why.
