In this presentation we will be looking at Depression and it's psychological, biological and social causes of depression as well as learning about cultural variations and treatment and communities role in addressing the disorder. We will take a look at clinical assessments and their validity, diagnosis and the DSM's role in assessing depression. Lastly we will examine different treatments for depression and how medication is now always the only option.
