The two methods or mnemonics that I believe are the most helpful in remembering list is the repetition and first letter or acronym method. Whenever I am trying to remember something such as a grocery list I repeat and visualize the items that I need in my head. Using this as a method works for only a few items, trying to remember more than 10 items will be unsuccessful.
