The introduction to national parks and monuments around the world and many studies of the earths geological structure are highlighted in these lecture notes. To the famous smoky mountains to the Grand Canyon, we learn about the process of these transformation as well as learn about the impact of these changes globally. There are several key aspects to geological processes such as rocks, soil, water and volcanic eruptions.
This is the first section of calculus 132 and has basic information about the introductory to the algebra and trig that will be included in functions. We determine whether or not something is a function and graph and use different methods to get to the answer that we want.
