Daarnaast ook voorbeelden van hoe je de open vragen dient te beantwoorden en hoe niet. Middels deze samenvatting heb ik een 8,5 gehaald voor het vak.

Volledige schematische samenvatting van alle stof van het vak rechtsfilosofie. Ik heb zelf met al deze informatie een 8 op het tentamen gehaald. Er staan ook verschillende concrete argumenten in die je kunt gebruiken bij het schrijven van een essay. This document summarises the gist of core legal theories: Positivism, Natural Law, Interpretivism, Legal Realism and Critical Legal Studies. It is does not provide a comprehensive account of these theories, but simply a broad overview. In respect of positivism, theories by John Austin, Hans Kelsen, HLA Hart and Joseph Raz are discussed.
