The Mark of the Beast, 666 may be controversial but one thing to know is that it is not something you want to get in line to get. Let’s see why.

This article is one of a 15 part series on a lot of the main end-time events that will be occurring - leading up to the visible return of Jesus Christ back to our earth. This article will be on the extreme importance that any Christian who is still living during the time and rule of the Antichrist - that he or she not take the mark of the Beast.

That Holy Book, called the Bible, is the only Book like it. While many know that it is a holy Book, they do not know exactly what the Bible is, or why it was given. Once those two thoughts can be understood, then we will be able to answer the above question satisfactorily.

Recently when someone asked me what religion I am I was perplexed. To be religious means you hold a particular doctrine. I thought about it all day and could not come up with any doctrine that I hold as a religion.

The Bible is a book that has two main divisions in - the Old Testament and the New Testament. Even though there are these distinct parts of the Bible - it still has only one theme - redemption. This is necessary to understand because the whole Bible revolves around this theme, and some have said that there is a scarlet thread (of blood) that runs from cover to cover.

Faith turns the impossible into reality! Notice how God creates reality through faith. In Genesis, he performed a miracle for Abraham. He made a statement that was humanly impossible but God made it so. Gen 15:5-6

Prayer. What is prayer? Let us define prayer as simply communicating with our Creator. Prayer might be asking God for help. It might be thanking Him for His blessings. Or it might be simply communicating, much the same way we might talk with a friend, discussing our day.

Some in the church in Galatia were peddling a doctrine of salvation by works. Paul asks and answers three bombshell questions of those Galatians who were trying to peddle this doctrine. These three questions and their answers stopped their salvation by works message in its tracks. You remember, of course, that Paul believed that Jesus' blood took care of the sin problem for the human race. Now here are his three dynamite questions and their obvious answers.

Mother Teresa was instrumental in starting charity missions around the world, teaching people about helping the poor, and traveling around the world to help the needy. She gave the world a moral example that joined cultures, classes, and religions. Recently, reports surfaced that Mother Teresa felt the absence of God in her life and in her work.
