This is the first lecture of the semester. This is about the myth and rules of law. How is the law made? Do judges make the law? What are the rules. This is all about that, and how to understand the law.

This is a study guide for the reading the myth of the rule of law. This summary and class notes go along with the first lecture. You have to understand this reading to be able to understand the notes, as it is referenced a lot in the main lecture. Understanding what the law is and how the law is made is important.

These are basic and brief notes on the reading for The nightmare and Noble Dream. These are very brief notes and not all of the notes. You will probably need to read the actual reading to get more information. These basic notes go over American Jurisprudence.

This is the week 1 cases that were cited in the notes, and the readings. These cases are important to understanding the topic for the week which is the Rule of Law. These cases are used as examples and citing.

This is the first chapter of Rhetoric. This talks about the overview of rhetoric, along with rhetoric and persuasion and three short essays and assignments.

Chapter 2 of the Logical Reasoning Section, this is recognizing conclusions without indicators. This is about arguments that will not have conclusion indicators. Which means this will be difficult to be able to answer the question. However, this study guide will help you to be able to identify these and answer the questions quickly.

Chapter 2 of the Logical Reasoning learning. Reference words. These are words that will help you be able to answer certain questions. Words such as this/that/those/one/former. These words are used frequently, and you will want to know these in able to answer the questions on the logical reasoning section of the LSAT.

This short essay, is on the practicality of Rhetorical theory. We studied rhetorical theory in class and within the notes, now it is time to use it. I used the theorist Georgias and I explained how I would use him in an everyday situation. This is a very short essay.

The essence of platonic rhetoric. How did Plato describe rhetoric, and what did he think about rhetoric. This is a short assignment/pop quiz.
