Explanation of contract grading in this class. If you meet the requirements spelled out below, you are guaranteed a semester grade of “B.” You may of course, choose to earn an “A” which would mean going above and beyond what is required. And you may also choose to earn a “C” by not completing the minimum number of assignments for a “B,” or fail the course by not completing the major assignments.
