Use: IOP lowering in glaucoma. 
 
S/E: Sulfa-Based, so watch for allergies, metallic taste, metabolic acidosis (watch in diabetics), aplastic anemia. CI in COPD and pregnancy. Most fatal SE is bone marrow suppression and aplastic anemia!!
