In this 7-week online course, we focus on designing for the optimal web user experience. We examine how users interact with websites, and how to create designs that focus on positive user experiences. We look at how to structure content on a website or web application to increase usability. We also review and discuss case studies on organizations that redesigned their websites with a focus on user-centered design.
