The Trend Graph Portlet can be based off of how many KPIs? - Answer- Up to 3
KPI meter does what? - Answer- Has a visual KPI meter that tracks 1 KPI. It can be
changed via the dropdown.
A KPI meter portlet displays data for one of the KPIs included in the Key Performance
Indicators portlet.
To be able to add a KPI meter for a key performance indicator, you need to add and
configure a Key Performance Indicators portlet first.
Each KPI meter can show KPI data for one date range, a comparison of KPI data for
two different date ranges, or a flagged threshold value. By default, the meter shows
comparisons or thresholds if they are set up for the KPI in the Key Performance
Indicators portlet. Whenever you change these options in either the KPI meter or the
Key Performance Indicators portlet, they are also changed in the other portlet so that
the two portlets remain in sync. You can, however, set up different options for the KPI
meter, for instance not showing a comparison in the KPI meter portlet but showing one
in the Key Performance Indicators portlet.
,What does the KPI Scorecard provide? - Answer- A brief summary of a particular
business metric, which you choose while setting up the portlet.
KPI Scorecard portlets can display data comparisons across multiple key performance
indicators (KPIs). These comparisons are stored in NetSuite as separate KPI Scorecard
records. You need to create a KPI scorecard before you can add it to your dashboard.

What are the 3 places you can define form preference? - Answer- On the Form: When
you create or edit a custom form, you can check the Form is Preferred box to set the
current form as the default form for all users whose role form preferences are not
defined. On the Roles tab, you can also define the form as preferred for specific roles.
On the Custom Forms list page: On the custom forms list page at Customization >
Forms > [Entry Forms or Transaction Forms], you can check the Preferred box for any
form you want to set as the default form for all users whose role form preferences are
not defined.
On the Manage Roles page: Define form preferences for specific roles at Setup >
Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit [Role]. In addition to setting preferred forms for a
role, you can also restrict access to the preferred form.
How do you assign published dashboard to users? - Answer- You define the users for a
published dashboard by selecting one or more roles when you first publish it. After the
dashboard has been published, you can add or remove roles to change the users.
All of a published dashboard's information may not be available to all of its users. Users
can view only the dashboard content that their assigned roles give them permission to
see.
What is Suitecloud Plus? - Answer- SuiteCloud is a comprehensive array of cloud
development tools, applications and infrastructure that enables customers and software
developers to maximise the benefits of cloud computing.
A SuiteCloud Plus license increases an account's throughput by permitting more
concurrency for web services, scheduled processes and file imports. By adding
SuiteCloud Plus licenses, customers can operate, in parallel, more web services
integrations, batch processes and file imports.
,The SuiteCloud Plus license can enhance scalability by:
>Increasing the governance limit for concurrent SOAP, REST and RESTlet web service
requests.
>Increasing the number of queues available for scheduled scripts, or the number of
processors available for scheduled scripts and map/reduce scripts.
>Increasing the number of queues and threads available for CSV import jobs.
>Increasing the number of REST Async Processors available for asynchronous request
execution of REST web services.
What are the 4 service tiers? - Answer- 1. Standard
2. Premium
3. Enterprise
4. Ultimate
Standard has 100 users, 100 GB File Storage, 200,000 Monthly Transaction Lines.
Premium has 1,000 users, 1,000 GB File Storage, 2,000,000 Monthly Transaction
Lines.
Enterprise has 2,000 users, 2,000 GB File Storage, 10,000,000 Monthly Transaction

What is a Full Licensed User? - Answer- A user is an individual who has access to a
NetSuite account. Full Licensed Users are individuals who are assigned any role
(Standard or Custom) that requires the user login to perform activity within NetSuite. To
check the number of Full Licensed Users currently provisioned or currently used in your
account, go to Setup > Company > View Billing Information and look under Billable
Components.
It is important to note that it is the email address associated with the user that is
counted as one user license. That email address can be associated with multiple roles
within NetSuite, but still only counts as one Full Licensed User.
For example:
If the user only has an Administrator role assigned, this is counted as one user against
the Full Licensed Users.
, If the user has both an Administrator role and a Custom role assigned, this only counts
as one user against the Full Licensed Users, if the user is using the same email address
for both roles.
If the user has both an Administrator role and an Employee Center role assigned, this is
only counted as one user against the Full Licensed Users.
If the user only has an Employee Center role assigned, this is not counted against the
Full Licensed Users count.
The following roles do not count against the Full Licensed Users count, because they do
not grant the user with full NetSuite account access:
Customer Center role
Employee Center role
Advanced Partner Center role
How do System Alerts work in Netsuite? - Answer- A System Alert notifies
administrators of problems NetSuite encounters when processing a transaction and
advises how to correct the problem. Only users with the Administrator role have access

System alerts appear in the Reminders portlet on the Home tab after you have activated
the reminder.
On the System Alerts page, click the name of the system alert in the Name column. The
system alert record opens and shows these fields:

Name: the name of the alert
Acknowledged: if the alert has been acknowledged
Description: a description of the alert
User email: the user email address

Resolution: the suggestion resolution for the error
Read the resolution to determine what steps to take to correct the transaction error.
