They directly interface with the Commission, NPAs, contracting activities, and recommend supplies and services to the Commission for addition to the Procurement List. ✔✔True (PL) is the official list of products and services that the Commission has determined suitable for procurement by Federal agencies and suitable for provisi on by people who are blind or who have significant disabilities pursuant to the JWOD Act. The Procurement List can be searched by noun, name, National Stock Number (NSN), or Department. ✔✔The Procurement List The Procurement List can be searched by noun, name, National Stock Number (NSN), or Department. ✔✔True has sole authority and responsibility for determining the FMP. The Contracting activity should participate in developing appropriate pricing information and negotiate a recommended FMP with the NPA/CNA using methods in FAR subpart 15.4. Once the Commission establishes the FMP then the FMP becomes a price set by law FAR 15.403 -1(c)(2). ✔✔The Commision shall make a fair and reasonable price determination p rior to recommending a FMP for the initial addition of a product or service to the PL. ✔✔Contracting Officer
