that still exist today.
In contrast, the 21st century is heavily influenced by technological
advancements such as smartphones, computers, and the internet. In
today's world, information can be disseminated in real-time, across
different continents through social media platforms and other online
communication channels. As a result, people are more connected
today, causing larger and more diverse communities to emerge.
Furthermore, in this era, there is an increasing focus on equal rights,
sustainable development, and an awareness of the impacts of past
societal biases. Despite some challenges, the advancements in this
era make it the most exciting time in human history.

Locating the time period in our own context:
Ancient civilisation could be located in the distant past, around 3000
BCE to 500 BCE, and includes periods such as the Mesopotamian,
Egyptian, and Indus River valley civilizations. These periods are
characterized by the development of agriculture, the formation of
early city-states, and the emergence of early technology.
The 21st century is happening right now and started on January 1,
2001, and will end on December 31, 2100. This century is
