Community Teaching Plan: Teaching Experience Paper

Community Teaching Plan: Teaching Experience Paper

Introduction

The department of control disease center (CDC) estimates that STDs are among the

leading infectious diseases mostly affecting a population of the age between k15-50 years. The

rate of reporting to theoccurrence of such cases ranges up to 80% whereby the remaining 50%

evaluation and the responses from the group. I will also discuss the weaknesses and the strengths

relating to the teaching process.

Summary of the teaching

to deal with any question they might be having.

I presented a complete proposal and an outline for the teaching. The instructor reviewed

my documents to discuss the information entailed concerning strengths and weaknesses of the

process. The instructor finally granted permission to proceed with the detailed presentation on

STDs to the community group after an intense and careful evaluation of the proposal.

15 and 50 years and the infants. It is only 25% of the adolescents and the young adults who are

between the age of 15 and 24 are sexually active (Weinstock, Berman, & Cates, 2004).

The survey indicates that only 50% to 80% of the STDs are reported in the United State

with the rest remaining unnoticed (Weinstock, Berman, & Cates, 2004). This is an indication of
