Introduction
This fact sheet examines two patients’ which includes an explanation of
the signs, symptoms and nature of these two psychological disorder;
Coronary Heart Disease and Breast Cancer. For each one of these
psychological disorders I will explain the examinations that are carried out
to allow their detect for both patients and in conclusion evaluate potential
problems engaged in the analysis of the disorders from their symptoms
and signs.

Case study 1 – Breast Cancer
Nicole is a pre-menopausal 42-year-old woman who is eating more than
normal, works almost every day but has a low balanced diet. She recently
had breast cancer diagnosed. When she noticed her breast lump, she
contacted her Doctor, and subsequent testing found that she was infected
with HER-2 positive early breast cancer for ER. Her condition is told of her
trips to a nearby clinic. A partial mastectomy has been scheduled to
eliminate the tumour and it states that for a year it will undergo four
cycles of chemotherapy and trastuzumab (Herceptin). She is still worried
about treatment, but is grateful that the tumour has been diagnosed
early.
Case study 2 – coronary heart disease
James is a 25-year-old, health care worker. The individual is a daily
vegetarian and does not eat or exercise. The blood pressure is 110/70 and
the BMI is twenty. His father died from heart failure at the age of 50, but
was obsessed about his family history of coronary heart disease. He
knows his dad has elevated cholesterol and he attributed that to his dad's
extra weight, a heavily unhealthy diet, and rarely workouts. The patient is
told that he would not get a cardiac attack at a young age for his safe
habits.
Breast cancer
Cancer is an unregulated proliferation of breast cells, according to
(Breascancer.org, 2017). Breast cancer may arise because the
chromosomes become dysfunctional that regulate cell development to
remain stable. Breast cancer occurs. In addition, new cells assume care of
the aged cells of the human body that are dead. However, the body can
not always do so, which contributes to the division and development of
malignant cells which can shape a tumour without regulation or
command. A tumour that is not medically harmful and not known as
cancerous or malignant, may be both benign and cancer some. Malignant
, cells in the breast will migrate to other areas of the body, without any
further time for care.

There are many factors, including legacy features, lifestyle habits and
lifestyles, and the environment, for individuals to acquire breast cancer.
According to (Cancer Research UK, 2017), "27% of cases of breast cancer
in Britain are yearly linked to significant habits and other dangers," and
"27% of the reported lifestyle causes, including overweight and obesity
(9%), alcohol (6%), and other occupational exposures (5%) to female
diseases in the UK are connected."
Inherited Traits
Inherited characteristics are one of the sources of breast cancer. The
figures for genetic breast cancer range between 5% and 10% and are
triggered by an irregular gene transmitted to a infant by a parent.
Because her mother has ovarian cancer and has aged, Nicole still has
more chance of contracting breast cancer. Many genetic characteristics in
