o Lunatum-scaphoideum (lig. SCLID)

Pseudo-radiculair / radiculaire uitstraling vanuit CWK:
- C5 = deltoidregio
- C6 = laterale zijde bovenarm en voorarm + duim
- C7 = achterzijde bovenarm + mediale zijde voorarm + dorsale zijde vingers III – IV
- C8 = ulnaire zijde hand, pinkzijde
- T1 = thoracaal + mediale zijde bovenarm
Pols en bezenuwing (gebieden die corresponderen met perifere zenuwen, ≠ aan dermatomen)
Pols: functiestoornissen (therapie is gericht op de functiestoornissen die vastgesteld worden)
- Verminderde mobiliteit (dorsiflexie = grijpfunctie, palmairflexie, pro-supinatie, uln/rad abductie)
- Verminderde stabiliteit (ligamentair – musculair): vooral thv. radiocarpaal regio
- Verminderde compressiebelastbaarheid (steunname): bv. na immobilisatie of bij degeneratie
- Pijn en stijfheid (sensorisch, klinisch) tijdens beweging / steunen / grijpen
- Krachtsverlies (neurologisch / OA)
- Sensibiliteitsstoornissen (sensorisch)

Dorsale flexie:
- Proximale rij carpalia rolt naar dorsaal
- Proximale rij carpalia transleert naar radiaal ten opzichte van radius (Crisco, 2005)
Palmaire flexie:
- Proximale rij carpalia rolt naar palmair ten opzichte van radius
- Geen translatie op basis van resultaten 3D-onderzoek
Radiale abductie:
- Palmair kantelen van scaphoid / lunatum ten opzichte van radius
- Kanteling scaphoid > lunatum > triquetrum
- Gevolg: “pronatiebeweging” van proximale rij carpalia ten opzichte van radius
Ulnaire abductie:
- Extensie proximale rij carpalia ten opzichte van radius
- Gevolg: “supinatiebeweging” proximale rij carpalia ten opzichte van radius
