OR Repeat cytology in 1 year. If ASCUS or more, colpo,
if negative, routine screening.
HPV +, cytology neg - Answer>> Either: Repeat co-
testing in 12 months (if either is positive, colpo, if
negative routine screen) OR genotype for 16/18
PAP after hysterectomy? - Answer>> If cervix is
removed, no need to do PAP

Cervidil - Answer>> Dinoprostone (10 mg) slow
release. Synthetic Prostaglandin E2. Helps the cervix to
soften, thin and dilate.
Partial mastectomy - Answer>> Removal of only a
quadrant of breast tissue
Simple mastectomy - Answer>> AKA total
mastectomy- removal of breast tissue, nipple/areola,
and skin
Modified Radical Mastectomy - Answer>> Removal of

Radical (Halsteads) mastectomy - Answer>> Removal
of breast tissue, areola/nipple, skin, Pectoralis major
