I began working May 2018 at the Southwest Research Institute
Moved to San Antonio from a small town outside of corpus Christi
the more I've been exposed to USAA the greater my interest in this amazing company
has become. I attended a Pride parade where USAA was the best not only in show but
also in numbers, since then I've been researching yall and falling in lvoe with your
company. I lvoe to learn, I love to ask questions and I love to help people and I'm truly
grateful for this opportunity for this position.

difficult colleague or employee - answerI needed to get some work from a colleague
before I moved on with my own work. asked him what was up. needed something from
IT, medium prority, not very explicit. change to high, be explicit with problem and
solution. his issue was resolved, he finished work and so I was able to continue with
mine

Why do you think you didn't get the position? - answerMy experiences and skill set did
not match what they were looking for and would be better suited for a different posiiotn.

Whole process was very smooth. Two phone interviews with HR and Hiring Manager,
then USAA flew me out to San Antonio for the final interview. I was with a group of
experienced candidates, personally I wasn't asked any of the logic puzzle type
questions, those might only be asked for fresh graduates (I learned that SDI III is
