licenses or renewals for durations of no less than six months and no more than 18 months for facilities
with annual licenses, and for periods of no less than 18 months and no more than 30 months for
facilities with two-year licenses.

and Disciplinary Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 111, par. 3651 et seq.) [225 ILCS 70];

3) The facility substantially complies with the Act and this Part (Section 3-109 of the Act).



Within 30 days after the probationary license period ends... The Department must conduct a
thorough inspection of the facility, and if the facility meets the licensing requirements, a license will be
issued according to Section 3-109 of the Act (Section 3-116 of the Act). If the facility fails to comply and
does not show satisfactory progress toward compliance, the Department will allow the probationary
license to lapse.
