PRINCIPLE OF ORGANIZATION: LEARNING ORGANIZATION: “an
organization skilled at creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge, and at modifying

PLANNING: The planning framework can work best for this principle. This is because,
planning is fundamental in the acquisition of set objectives and goals. For organization to
thrive successfully, management must encourage and promote the culture of learning and
development. For this to be achieved perfectly, proper planning must be put into
consideration accordingly.

employees work remotely sometimes within the same city, but more often across a
