Cross-sensitivity with other benzodiazepines may exist;
Comatose patients or those with pre-existing CNS depression;

Severe hypotension; Do not confuse lorazepam with
Sleep apnea; alprazolam, clonazepam, or Lovaza
Following parenteral administration,
keep patient supine for at least 8 hr
