563-22 Temporary license pending issuance of permanent license - ANSWERS-The

of application, approve or disapprove the application. Temporary license is for 90
days. If within this time the app is still not approved or disapproved, then the
Office shall issue a regular license.
Fee for temporary license is $50 per annum. Fee for a regular license replacing a
temporary one is $150 for the first full year.
