How do you determine whether it is a major or a minor crash? - ANS Three questions must be
asked:
1. Was any person killed or injured?
2. Did any of the drivers leave the scene without providing their details (in accordance with
Road Rules (NSW), Rule 287)?

or was driving a motor vehicle, on a road or road related area.
