Yes, this does reflect my typical eating habits. On most day I try to pack a variety of fruits and vegetable
as my snacks and have one additional snack item that is not fruit/vegetable. On days that I don’t bring a
sandwich as lunch, my alternative is usually Greek yogurt topped with some berries and granola. As for
dinner, my typical meal would contain a variety of Chinese dishes that are cooked with both meat and
vegetable and eaten with half a cup of white rice.
