Attention all employees!
Please review the changes being made to your benefits plan. The current benefits
provider has reached the end of our contract. After careful review of employee suggestions and
concerns and the company needs as well, the benefits team has chosen a new benefits program
and plan for all employees. The benefits conducted research and considered all employee
feedback in making this decision for the change. The change will be effective January 1st of the
fiscal year. The plan will roll-out during the open-enrollment period of the current year (See
Benefits Department for questions or more information about open-enrollment period) .
The new program has many enhancements from the prior program, and they are the
following:
Plans with multiple deductible options
Health care savings account
A wellness program that offers access to a weight loss application, incentives for wellness
visits and activity logs, and reimbursement for gym memberships and smoking cessation
programs
Improved dental plan
