employee or agent of the health care provider.
Are disclosures related to psychological tests allowable? - ANS-(1) If it is related to a
medical record, and NOT if it compromises the objectivity or fairness of a test (not even
to the client). (2) Raw test data can only be released to someone with appropriate
training/qualifications. (3) A patient can also request that a psychologist or psychiatrist
be designated to receive disclosure from the original provider. (4) IDEA considerations-
can't restrict access to educational records.
