Amoxicillin : Introduction - Answer It's a penicillin used to treat bacterial infections,
particular repertory infections.
Amoxicillin : BNF - Answer Dosage : between 125mg to 500mg 3x a day but an adult it's

this drug) so may take an antibiotic instead.

rapidly absorbed by the small intestine

Allergies : Is rare but an alternative could be Bile acid-binding resins, like
cholestyramine
