advisory speed - ANS-The advisory speed plate is another supplement of the warning sign.
They are yellow and indicate the maximum recommended speed around a curve, on a ramp or

days for a first offense, and 90 days for a second or subsequent offense. Restricted licenses
may be issued under certain circumstances by the Motor Vehicle Administration for employment
purposes or for attendance at a treatment program.
business section highway - ANS-The business section is when 50% of a distance of 300 feet or
more along the highway is occupied by buildings used as businesses.
