it after a repeat training session with him, then I would have to be let go. At the time I was so angry,
because it was months now after I was hired and I was not told by anyone at anytime that I was

Do you get frustrated or angry? - ✔✔To me angry implies I am reacting strongly for inappropriately,
when I become overwhelmed if I am able I ask to step out for a moment and I count backwards from 10,
take some deep breaths, and think about things that bring me joy. This always to rethink the situation
with a clearer head. For example, if deadlines and events start piling up on me, rather than getting
frustrated, I take a moment, re-evaluate and re-prioritize and approach one thing at a time.

the patient was confused and she eventually figured out she never started the test. I was the one who
had to profusely apologize and tell the patient she needed to stay 3 more hours today or come back to
the office another day to complete the test. I apologized profusely, and that patient's frustration taught
me the importance of slowing down when analyzing the task at hand. There are moments where speed
is important and moments when attention to detail is more vital.
