CHAPTER 3HUMAN REPRODUCTION
,Humans are always reproduce by sexual reproduction because they reproduce by gametes
and humans are viviparous because they release young ones by parturition .
The reproductive events in humans includes-
[1]Formation of gametes (Gametogenesis), i.e., sperms in males
(Spermatogenesis) and ovum in females (Oogenesis).
[2] Transfer of sperms into the female genital tract (Insemination).
[3] Fusion of male and female gametes (Fertilization) leading to
formation of zygote.
[4] This is followed by formation of morula (Morulation) and
development of blastocyst (Blastulation) and its attachment to the
uterine wall (Implantation),embryonic development or formation of
three germinal layer (Gestation) and delivery of the baby
(Parturition).
,In humans male and female reproductive system is present in to separate individual because
they are unisexual or dioeciously.
There are remarkable differences between the reproductive events and reproductive system in
the male and in the female, for example, sperm formation continues even in old men, but
formation of ovum stop in women around the age of fifty years.

The male reproductive system is
developed 3rd month in to embryonic
development and in seventh month its
comes in to scrotum through inguinal
canal under the influence of testosterone
hormone [In that time testosterone
hormone is secreted by adrenal cortex].
If the testosterone is secrete less amount
[hypo secretion] so testes does not
comes in scrotum is called chrypto-
orchdism and male become sterile
because spermatogenesis is stop due to
unfavorable temperature.
But in to some other mammals chrypto-
orchdism is normal like elephant, whale,
seal and dolphin it is permanently and
other than bat it is partially.
