DE GEVAARLIJKE OVERSTEEK (10’)
- 15LLN stellen zich op aan 1 kant van het veld met stick en bal.
- 2 jagers met stick die zich opstellen in het veld
- Op signaal proberen de 15 lopers de overkant van het veld te halen zonder dat hun bal wordt
afgepakt/ weggespeeld door de jagers
- Bal afgenomen: even aan de zijkant wachten
- Wie wint het spel?
LAST MAN STANDING (10’)
- Alle LLN verdelen zich in het veld met stick en bal
- Op signaal van de LK proberen ze elkaars bal uit het veld te spelen, terwijl ze hun eigen bal
verdedigen.
- Bal uit het spel: even aan de zijkant wachten en supporteren
- Wie blijft er als laatste over?
Kern:
DRIBBEL ESTAFETTE (10’)
- 4 groepjes van 4LLN, 1 groep van 5. Stellen zich op achter de kegel.
- Voor elke groep liggen een aantal kegels, LK geeft instructie (5kegels per groep)
- 1ste LLN dribbelt rond 1ste kegel en geeft bal door, 2deLLN dribbelt rond 2de kegel enz.
- Wie is de snelste ploeg?
➔ Variatie: 1ste LLN dribbelt eerste kegel en legt bal stil, tikt 2de LLN aan. 2de LLN loopt tot eerste
kegel en dribbelt met bal tot 2de kegel enz.
