licenses to applicants from other states with credit for their courses or license level to reduce
requirement) if all of the following are true - ANS1) Passed NPTE
2) Passed Jurisprudence
3) Holds a current and valid license or registration to practice PT in another state or country
4) Minimal education requirements met
5) the applicant pays the fee described in section B of 4755.42 of the revised code
6) the applicant is not in violation of any section of this chapter or rule adopted under it
If the applicant's education is not reasonably equivalent to the educational requirements that
were in force for licensure in the state on the date of the applicant's licensure... - ANSthe section
shall send a written notice to the applicant denying the applicant's request and state the specific
reason why. Sending this notice through certified mail within 30 days after the section makes
that determination.
If a non-ohio licensed PT plans on teaching for more than one year... - ANSthe individual must
