€ 250, 2e jaar: tot € 500, 3e jaar: tot € 1.000, vanaf 4e jaar: tot € 2.000 (tot max. €
1.500 voor orthodontie gedurende de volledige duur van het contract)

Uitsluitingen:
- Bestaande aandoeningen ( = een gezondheidsprobleem dat aanwezig is tijdens het
afsluiten van een hospitalisatieverzekering en dat je dus op je medische vragenlijst
moet vermelden)
- Esthetische behandelingen
- Orthodontische behandelingen (onder de leeftijd van 9 & na 21 jaar)
- Parodontale behandelingen na 65 jaar (= richt zich op de behandeling van het
steunweefsel van de tanden: het tandvlees, het kaakbot en de vezels die de
tandwortels in het kaakbot vasthouden)
