Many people suffer from various physical , mental and skilled based
disabilities that can negatively impact their quality of life .

usage of internet universities , schools , hospitals, libraries e.t.c have an
easy access of free movement around the facilities such as lifts , pavements
that are enabling wheelchairs to move around it is narrowing the digital
divide in our country . The internet helps them to make their lives better by
providing online access to services such as banking and

, food shopping and also gives them ability to network with other people
who are in the same situation as themselves .

Lack of education

The inequality in access to technology is vividly eminent in every society ,
some of the contributing factors to digital divide include poverty and poor
infrastructure , corruption and beraucracy as well as education and
technical support among others .

Possible solutions are most people are illiterate and the state is trying by
all means to support education which is free in fact cause everyone
whether old or young it's our right to have education and choose our own
way of education . Addressing the digital divide could be the opportunity to
develop future -proofed fibre solutions targeted to lower - income gaps .

Age gaps

Is an important factor influencing the ever widening digital divide based on
2013 . Pew research data , older Africans (65+) are much less likely to use
the internet compared to a younger person . Fortunately , the age gap in the
