Assignment 1: Making a series of lessons

Note! You may use a total of 3 pages (A4 format) in Calibri 11 font for part assignment 1, excluding the
4 lesson preparations.
A) Minimal initial situation

My client is a man of 28 years old, 1.75cm tall and weights 85 kilos. He has a BMI of 27.8 and his
body fat percentage is 35%. The customer would like to lose weight (fat mass), gain some strength
and feel fitter/energetic. The customer has struggled a lot with himself for a while, he is very
insecure about his body and would like to change this. The customer has virtually no experience in
the field of cardio / strength training and nutrition, so I will have to explain everything well to the
customer and guide him in order to make the process successful. He is very enthusiastic himself
and is looking forward to lowering his fat percentage, so his motivation is very high! Because I do
not know the customer, there is not yet a good relationship of trust and it is difficult for him to
have an open attitude towards me and to ask questions if he does not know something. The
customer finds it difficult to start with cardio / strength training because the customer has almost
no understanding of this.
