Robbery Answer - Involves force or threat of force. Property taken from person or his/her presence
Aggravated Robbery Answer - Same as robbery, but offender threatens the use of a weapon without actually having on, or victim perceives that the offender has a dangerous weapon.
Vehicular Hijacking Answer - When a person knowingly takes a motor vehicle from the person or the immediate presence of another by the use of force or by threatening the imminent use of force.
Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking Answer - Same as regular vehicular hijacking, but vehicle was taken from a person with a physical disability or a person 60 years or older. A person under 16 years of age is a passenger at the time of the offense. The offender is armed with a dangerous weapon other than a firearm. Discharges a firearm during the offense.

Burglary Answer - When without authority knowingly enters or without authority remains within a building, house trailer, watercraft, aircraft, motor vehicle, railroad car, with intent to commit a felony or theft.
Possession of Burglary Tools Answer - Possesses any key, tool, or instrument or device, or any explosive suitable for use of breaking into a building, house, trailer, watercraft, aircraft, motor vehicle, railroad car designed for the safe keeping of property.
Residential Burglary Answer - knowingly without authority enters or remains in the dwelling of another, with the intent to commit a felony or theft. Ex. Fake government officials, utility worker etc
Criminal Trespass to Residence Answer - When without authority, knowingly enters or remains within any residence including a house trailer that is the dwelling of another. ex. Homeless people breaking into home when the reasoning is survival.
Arson, Residential Arson, Place of Worship Arson Answer - When by means of fire or explosive knowingly damages any real estate or personal property of a value of $150 or more without his or her consent. With the intent to defraud an insurer damages personal property having a value of $150 or more. When knowingly damages any building or structure that is a dwelling of another. When knowingly damages partially or entirely any place of worship.
Aggravated Arson Answer - When in the course of arson, the offender damages any adjacent building, school, house trailer, water craft, motor vehicle, railroad car and the person knows or reasonably knows that persons are present and suffer GBH. When public safety members are injured due to the arson.
Criminal Damage to Property Answer - Knowingly damages any property of another. Recklessly by means of fire or explosive. Knowingly starts a fire on the land of another. Knowingly injures a domestic animal of another without consent. Knowingly deposits on the land of another any stink bomb that interferes with the use of the land or building. Damage to property with the intent to defraud insurer. Knowingly shoots a fire arm at any portion of a railroad train. Damages any fire hydrant. Or intentionally opens any fire hydrant without permission.
Institutional Vandalism Answer - When by reason of the actual, or perceived race, color, creed, or religion, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, or nation of origin, regardless of the existence of any other motivating factor, knowingly and without consent inflicts damage to: any religious building, or facility used for burial of the dead, or educational facility.
Criminal Defacement of Property Answer - When person knowingly damages the property of another by defacing, deforming, or other wise damaging the property by the use of paint or any other similar substance. Or etching tools.
Criminal Trespass to Vehicles Answer - Knowingly and without authority enters any part of or operates any vehicle, aircraft, watercraft, or snowmobile.
Criminal Trespass to Real Property Answer - Knowingly and without lawful authority enters or remains within a building; enters upon the land of another after receiving notice from the owner that entry is forbidden. Remains upon the land of another after
receiving notice to depart. Presents false documents representing themselves as the
owner.
Causing a Catastrophe Answer - Knowingly causing a catastrophe by explosion, fire,
flood. collapse of building, release of poison, radioactive material, bacteria, virus. Catastrophe= Serious injury to 5 or more persons.
Assault Answer - without lawful authority knowingly engages in conduct which places
another in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.
Battery Answer - knowingly without legal justification of any means, causes bodily harm to an individual, makes physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature w/ an individual.
