Assessment: Ms. Douglas is a 72 -year-old African American woman who reports having symptoms inclusive of chest pain, cough, and fever. Upon exam and health history interview, Ms. Douglas reports having chest pain in the lower right portion of her chest when irritated from coughing, and a wet productive cough with rust colored sputum for the past three days, with her fever appearing in the past 24 hours.
