En una línea de ensamble de una empresa automotríz se dan las siguientes condiciones para la
operación de instalación del comando de luces:
Takt Time 120 segundos
Cuando al vehículo de la secuencia N se le está instalando su comando de luces (previamente armado en
una sub-línea con los componentes definidos para cada tipo de vehículo), se está definiendo que
espicificación será requerida para el vehículo que está 12 posiciones atrás (N+12), no pudiendo hacerse
antes ya que no se sabe si el siguiente vehículo (N+13) vendrá de Línea de Pintura o de Reingreso de
vehículos reparados.
El rack de abastecimiento de piezas secuenciadas en la posición N tiene capacidad para 8 piezas.
El requerimiento es llegar a rellenar el rack de línea cuando quedan 2 piezas en el mismo.
