, Korte Samenvatting
Voor het voldoen van opdracht 2.2 ‘rapporteren en evalueren volgens richtlijnen bpv’ dien ik
in het eerste deel van de opdracht informatie te verzamelen over de wijze van rapporteren
en evalueren op mijn leerbedrijf. In het tweede deel van de opdracht schrijf ik een
reflectieverslag. Ik begin met de werkwijze van de PDCA- methode om voor mezelf
stapsgewijs een planning vast te stellen, omdat ik tijdens de vorige opdracht concludeerde
en benoemde dat ik moeite had met het gestructureerd te werk gaan. Ik denk dat de PDCA-
methode mij hierbij kan helpen.
Om informatie over de wijze van rapporteren en evalueren volgens de richtlijnen van mijn
leerbedrijf te achterhalen, ondervraag ik mijn collega’s over de aanpak en onderzoek ik het
systeem.
Zelf ben ik momenteel nog nieuw binnen het systeem en mijn leerdoel is dan ook om met
behulp van deze opdracht meer te leren over het werken met NEDAP/ ONS, hoe ik mijn
rapportagevaardigheden kan verbeteren en krijg ik inzicht in de evaluatiewijze van mijn
leerbedrijf.
