‘Interpersoonlijke Stijlen is een model om methodisch, systematisch en objectief – aan de
hand van waarneembaar gedrag – de sociale behoeften van anderen te kunnen herkennen,
met als doel actief en constructief op die behoeften in te kunnen spelen’.
1. ‘Interpersoonlijke Stijlen’ betreft waarneembaar gedrag;
(waarnemen wat voor stijl iemand heeft)
2. Gedragspatronen zijn meest onbewust aangeleerd, en min of meer permanent;
(BV. armen over elkaar heen doen, welke arm boven ligt, etc. = aangeleerd gedrag =
gedragspatronen) In overleg gaat het over woordkeuze, tiks, etc.
3. Een goed gedragsoordeel is gebaseerd op meervoudige, objectieve waarnemingen
van gedragspatronen;

4. Gedrag = verbale boodschappen + non-verbale boodschappen;
5. Gedrag = ‘Sociale Dominantie’ x ‘Sociale Openheid’
