Leadership is a process (i.e. interaction between leader and follower) whereby an
individual (i.e. the leader) influences a group of individuals (i.e. followers) to achieve
a common goal.


What is a good leader? → not only dependent on the qualities of the leader but
also on the followers’ needs (e.g. Trump’s leadership style effective for some groups of
people and not for others)
