First, begin with a general statement about the topic. Next, rephrase or address the question to
clarify the essay's scope. Then, include a thesis statement with a clear position. Finally, when
appropriate, use subject-specific vocabulary. In general, anyone aiming for a good score should
have the ability to rephrase the question. This is why it's essential to take a few minutes, at least
two minutes, to think about your position and justifications. Always make notes, and when
you're practicing, practice note-taking. All right, now we're going to move on to the body
paragraphs.
The coherence is present, but it's not highlighting the writer's skill level. The more you focus on
developing your ideas, the easier it will be to incorporate complex structures. This is why it's
