Begeleidings nieuwe collega’s, stagiaires en/of vrijwilligers
In deze opdracht ga ik een 1e jaars student begeleiden bij mij op de afdeling.
Ik wil proberen om mijn kennis van wat ik tot nu toe heb geleerd op een goede manier
over te dragen aan een 1e jaars bol student.
In deze eerste periode wordt de leerling vooral ingewerkt op de algemene dagelijkse
zorg. De leerling maakt kennis met de cliënten, de collega’s, de visie van het bedrijf.
Verwachtingen ten aanzien van het leerling zijn op deze woongroep.
Ik wil mijn nieuwe collega enthousiast maken over de afdeling, en ontdekken wat haar
manier van leren is.
