Melange Een samenstelling van verschillende bonen. De adviesdosering is 7 gram per
kop. Een melange kan je beoordelen op krachtigheid en is verkrijgbaar in bonen. Is geschikt
voor espresso, ristretto en cappuccino.
Tampen Het aandrukken van de gemalen koffie.
Filterkoffie kan je onderverdelen in snelfilter en grof gemalen. Snelfilterkoffie (fijn gemalen)
is voor kleinere hoeveelheden koffie (1,5 liter). Grof gemalen koffie gebruik je voor bijv.
feesten en partijen waar je grotere hoeveelheden koffie nodig hebt (10 liter +).
Verschil tussen filterkoffie en espresso Espresso is vers gezet en filterkoffie heeft langer
