Organisatie:
Een organisatie is een groepering van mensen en middelen die
samenwerken om op doelmatige wijze bepaalde doelstellingen te bereiken.
Bedrijf:
Een bedrijf is een organisatie die goederen/diensten produceert en die
ernaar streeft toegevoegde waarde1 te creëren voor de stakeholders2
Een bedrijf brengt een aantal productiefactoren samen om die toegevoegde
waarde te verwezenlijken.
Productiefactoren = human resources, kapitaal, technologie, intellectueel
kapitaal, land,…
Een bedrijf heeft winstoogmerk om de continuïteit van het bedrijf te verzekeren.
Alle beslissingen zijn onderworpen aan een kosten/baten analyse.
