Metaphase:

● Sister Chromatids separate into individual chromosomes and
are moved apart.
Telophase:
● Chromosomes arrive at opposite poles
● Chromosome unravel and reform chromatin
● 2 new nuclear envelopes form

● Cytokinesis begins
