Are you someone that currently functions primarily with a fixed mindset or
growth mindset?
I definitely can say I have a growth mindset; I feel in order to get where you want to be
it takes hard work and effort. I am not afraid of challenges, and I am able to soak in
feedback from others without taking it to the extreme or getting mad. However, I do
believe sometimes someone can be born into wealth and certain and doesn’t have to try
as hard.
What changes might you make to your mindset and what do you anticipate might
be the impact to you at home, school, and work?
Some of the things I can change to my mindset:
1. Add yet to I can’t
2. See my failures as a opportunity, not a down fall
These two things will allow me to accept reality and understand I won’t be the best in
everything I do. Adding yet to the end of my cants will give me the goal to set and
reach. Saying I can’t is only temporarily because I am more than capable of doing
anything I work hard for.
