Received primarily fours and fives, with a few not applicable on my evaluations. The not
applicable ones are working with children and their families. My current internship works with
individuals over the age of 18. I am requesting to work with a 17-year old that will help me meet
those competencies with those children and families. I need to continue to work on my treatment
planning as I have had some kinks recently. I also need to work on balancing work time and
internship time.

My learning agreement and evaluation are compatible with my internship and learning. I
believe most of it is falling into place naturally in the environment that I am in for my internship.
I plan to work on the areas that are four's or not applicable to see if I can open up my learning
even if I don't stay in that area.
Describe the social work practice skills you developed
During my internship, I have learned to better my reflective and active listening,
communication, and critical thinking when a client is having a crisis. Even though the process
recordings were not my favorite, I have learned going back through them helped me recognize
what I put into the sessions. I am now working on more groups and possibly a more rotating
client. I have been feeling more confident in my self-awareness during the groups.
