1. Abdomen was slightly distended and upon light palpation, patient expressed tenderness and
pain in the right lower quadrant.
2. The client expressed pain upon movement and pain when doing ROM of the lower
extremities.
3. Patient is at a risk for falling due to having an IV and having taken morphine.
4. Patient is at risk for DVT or a PE due to limited movement from the pain.
