shows evidence that I met program outcome number #3, where I was able to not only distinguish

the role difference between a level practice that I may hold or that may be observed in practice.

But I may have focused on and recognized methods to avoid bias hindrance in treatment to either

patient. By focusing on my interests, beliefs, and attitudes regularly, I will ensure that I can

recognize the role variation in inpatient care facilities. An essential step for a recent graduate

advanced practice nurse to take in order to be a good role model, have a successful career, and

communication skills, positive attitudes, and fruitful teamwork among team members in nursing

differences in position between baccalaureate and graduate-level experience to a rise in medical

baccalaureate and graduate-level practice, the artifact also follows program outcome #5.

NR501-NP Theory

In Nursing (NR) 501-NP Theory on Application of Theory Paper was able to meet

program outcomes #2, #3, and #4. In the study of the person-centered nursing system, this

artifact has fulfilled program outcome #2. I accomplished it by demonstrating how to use

evidence-based design standards to influence the growth, execution, and outcomes of holistically

oriented healthcare policies. This is an evidence-based approach for promoting holistic,

equitable, and responsive nursing care centered on the patient and the patient care experience.

Altruism, individuality, individual rights, fairness, transparency, and social justice are core

nursing ideals (Chinn & Falk‐Rafael, 2018). Program outcome #4 is met by combining

specialized prevention and regular exam awareness with the integration of the professional

principle of social justice in the implementation of a course of action.

NR503-Population Health

In Nursing (NR)503- Population Health on Chronic Health Paper was able to meet

program outcomes #1, #3, and #6. In this artifact, I was expected to examine a chronic

epidemiological disease and provide a recovery plan based on holistic health principles in order

to fulfill program outcome #1. Is helped with learning the idea of the study of disease

transmission and coordinate that proficient information into the network and recognize the

individuals in danger by utilizing abilities and knowledge on evaluation, hazard factors, rate,

patients around the lifespan. As an FNP alum, I understand when it is more suitable to consult

for advanced treatment and when it is more appropriate to have care within the FNP's scope of

practice.

In Nursing (NR)505- NP Advanced Research and Evidence-Based Practice on Quality

Improvement Paper, SOS met program outcome #4. Focusing on the scholarly study and the

analysis of academic research papers meets program outcome #4. The program's result allows me

to expand my knowledge of nursing science and how to use it in practice. Studying scholarly

research papers consistently and translating the results to produce evidence for improving patient

conditions is one of the critical skills exhibited through this program. FNPs should be able to
